I was looking for a reputable breeder of Labradors as I had seen so many stories and I wanted to get the right breeder. Wow, I couldn’t have found a better breeder. Nichola was able to talk to me when ever I needed her either personally or through the puppy chat. She goes that extra mile from the mating to the birth and then to their new homes. We have a photo link to view our puppies growing, which enables us to bond with them from the start. The 1st puppy visit was amazing with mum and puppies and we were made to feel part of the family and we are still part of that family today. You may have to wait for your puppy but it’s certainly worth the wait.

The decision to get a labrador puppy is not to be taken lightly. We are delighted we made Bestevenn Labradors the choice for our third labrador, and could not be more delighted with our boy Tambo who is now 1 year old. From the first contact we had with Nichola we were reassured by the level of care and attention to detail she showed. By the time we chose our puppy, Nichola clearly had a good understanding of the personality of each puppy. Tambo has definitely turned out to be friendly, a 'character', and a wonderful addition to the family. He is a very handsome dog with a wonderful friendly termperment and we know the combination of good breeding and the early experiences he had while in Nichola's care have been crucial in shaping his personality. Nichola is someone whose love of her dogs shines through and we feel lucky to have chosen a Bestevenn Labrador.

Nic has been absolutely brilliant from beginning to end. We are so blessed with our gorgeous puppy Woody, now 17 weeks old. He has the sweetest, gentlest nature and has been so ‘easy’. He came almost completely toilet trained and I’m sure he is so calm and happy due to how Nic socialised and looked after the litter until they were 8 weeks. It’s so nice to still be in touch with the other families and with Nic who is always on hand for advice. We wouldn’t go anywhere else for a puppy!

We were so lucky to find Nichola and even luckier to get Florence joining our family. She is nearly one year old and a total delight! Makes me laugh every day. Nichola is the best breeder I gave ever come across. I've never known anyone so committed and caring for her puppies and their prospective owners. She is always there for advice and guidance regardless of how old the puppy is. From her generosity with puppy gifts and the webcam to the training that she did before we picked Flo up, she couldn't do any more! Florence was virtually housetrained and a wonderfully friendly pup down to Nichola's early care and attention. Can't recommend her enough.

As soon as Nichola sent us a questionnaire asking us about ourselves and our reason for wanting a dog, I knew she was the breeder we wanted to buy from. The love and care she shows her dogs and puppies is second to none. The home from home environment Nichola provides meant that Jasper came to us confident, house trained and socialised and he settled immediately. Nichola’s advice before Jasper arrived was invaluable and we really appreciate her ongoing support should we need it. We are very grateful to have the most sweet-natured and beautiful dog, that both his breeding and early care have created.

Well where can I start... Nichola is amazing, by far the best Labrador breeder around!! I had been on Nichola’s waiting list for over a year, waiting for one of her fox red labs. The whole time, she was fantastic, she kept us up to date with every step of the process. From the picking of the Sire, the health testing and the mating right up until the day we brought our pup home. She had cameras on the pups 24/7 which you can watch from home, she sent daily information leaflets and gave general information and answered any questions. She welcomed us into her home when the pups were 4 weeks old, to make our selection and we were then allowed to go see our pup every weekend so we were able to bond with him. We were given puppy packs, a handmade collar, a Labrador cuddly toy with our pups first collar attached to it, a handmade toy, his paperwork, treats etc. I have had the privilege of owning 5 labradors over the years, all from pups, but we have never had the experience with a breeder like we have had with Nichola. She goes above and beyond, and strives to improve the breeding of Labradors and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to get a Labrador.

I can say having Nichola's support and guidance has made my first dog experience an absolute delight!! She is always at hand to help and advise, nothing is ever too much trouble. I feel very lucky to have such a kind and loving dog in Millie which only reflects Nichola's and Theta's hard and caring work from birth. Nichola has only the best interest for any of her puppies and a side from being a fantastic breeder, i know Millie will always have a big loving family which i am very proud and grateful to be a part of. From the first email to Nichola we knew how much she cared for her beautiful girl Theta and for the puppies she was caring for.
